New Zealand Shipping
We offer tracked courier delivery across New Zealand using NZ Post or Aramex.
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Important Notes:

No PO Boxes – Please provide a physical delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel.

Rural Addresses – A rural delivery fee applies. Please check if your address is considered rural by using NZ Post’s address checker or Google. If the rural fee is not added during checkout, we will email you with instructions to pay this charge before your order is shipped.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship internationally!
We use NZ Post International and Aramex International as our main couriers for global orders.
How to Order:

Email us with the item(s) you’d like to purchase, along with your full name, address, and the country you’d like us to ship to.

We will provide you with two pricing options for shipping, including an express service if available.

Once confirmed, we will guide you through the payment and shipping process.

We recommend upgrading to express shipping if you'd like to receive your items within a week. Please note that additional charges will apply.

Customs Duties: We do not cover any customs fees or import taxes. If the value of your order (including shipping) exceeds your country’s customs threshold, you may be charged duties. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Missed Deliveries: Please track your parcel regularly. If your order is returned due to missed delivery or not being collected from your local depot, any re-delivery fees are your responsibility.
